Are genetically modified foods poisoning us? Dr. Jeffrey Smith concludes that they are. Part of the problem with GM foods is that not enough long-term testing has been conducted to determine their effects on the human body and the environment. Much of the testing has been conducted by profit-motivated corporations like Monsanto and regulated by bureaucrats who rotate between the USDA and the board of GM companies.
